- Completed Owner Liability Waiver & Health Certification
- Minimum age: 12 Weeks
- Spay/Neuter: Required by 7 Months of Age
- Current OR Lifetime PA Dog License
- Rabies Certificate
- Proof of Up-to-Date Vaccinations for DHLPP and Bordetella!
- Proof of Negative Fecal Test taken within 1 year!
